The approach
At a health technology organisation, Mohammed contributed to the early stages of its AI adoption programme and now works across its wider AI enablement effort. His work spans vendor evaluation, governance, technical rollout, staff enablement, and the platform controls, usage and cost considerations that support responsible adoption.
With around 10 years of experience in technology and a degree in Business and Sociology, Mohammed takes a human-centred, socio-technical approach to AI enablement. He considers technology, people, governance and organisational change together, helping organisations make sound decisions and helping people use technology with confidence. He completed the Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and holds the Certified AI Professional (CAIP) credential.
Practical experience
In his role as a Digital Workplace Lead, Mohammed works across SaaS applications and AI platforms — assessing where they fit, how they should be governed and introduced, and what helps people adopt them well. That perspective informs the support offered to organisations as they assess, implement and adopt AI responsibly.
His experience includes Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, OpenAI Codex, Claude, Atlassian Rovo, Slack, Miro and Figma. He has worked directly with teams at Microsoft, OpenAI and Anthropic, building professional working relationships across all three organisations.
